  1. These Terms of Use apply when you access and/or use www.horestco.com.my (the “Website”), which is operated by HORESTCO INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD (“us”, “we”, “our”).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. The laws of Malaysia shall govern and interpret these Terms of Use, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Conflict

  1. Should a disagreement arise between these English Terms of Use and their corresponding Bahasa Malaysia Terms of Use, the provisions in this English language Terms of Use will take precedence.
